Qualifications : PG medical degree/diploma in involved speciality from recognised university. If such candidates are not on the market in any specific speciality, those while not PG qualification but having at least 02 years experience once MBBS from renowned hospital can be considered.
Emoluments per month : GP 660zero/- + and alternative allowances as admissible occasionally. It would he reduced Rs. 600/- per month for diploma holder and Rs. 1210/- can be reduced per month for non PG candidates. No Transport allowances admissible.
Age Limit : 35 years as on thirteen-08-2015

Remuneration

Part Time : Rs. forty,00zero/- per month Further Rs. one thousand/- per exra session of 2 hours & Rs. 8000/- adminissible if willing to perform emergency decision duty.
Age Limit
Full Time : forty five years as on thirteen.08.2015.
Part Time : sixty four Yrs as on 13.08.2015.
Fee : For General & OBC candidates is Rs. three hundred/- and for SC/ST is seventy five/- in the form of Demand Draft payable in favour of ESI Fund A/c no. 01.
